So basically they are paying you to use you credit card one time, and if you dont like it after activating it, you pay the balance and just cancel it. They have also opened up a UK section where there are tons of offers just for UK members. It's true that member s from other than the US, Canada, or UK do not make as much, but you can still make some profit.
